Did you LLC and is there an episode offering guidance for filing with the state or with an attorney?
I would speak with an accountant on what business structure is best for what you are hoping to do. I filed my own LLC, but you can also use an accountant or attorney. Most will tell you an LLC/S-Corp offers more protection vs. sole proprietor. I’m not an accountant etc. so I do not offer guidance on how to file for an LLC.
